Bee my Gift is an online store for gifts and home goods, based in Portugal. All prices shown include VAT at the current legal rate.

2. Orders

When placing an order: • You will receive a confirmation email with order details • The order is only processed after payment confirmation • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional cases

3. Prices and Payment

Prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT. We accept the following payment methods: • Credit/debit card • MB Way • Bank transfer

4. Shipping and Deliveries

We ship to mainland Portugal and the islands. Delivery times vary by location: • Mainland Portugal: 2-5 business days • Islands: 5-10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Right of Return

In accordance with Portuguese law, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason. Conditions: • Products must be in original, unused condition • Original packaging intact • Return costs are borne by the customer

6. Warranties

All products have a 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects, in accordance with Portuguese law.

7. Liability

Bee my Gift is not responsible for: • Delivery delays caused by carriers • Damage caused by improper use of products • Temporary unavailability of the website

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos) is the property of Bee my Gift and is protected by copyright.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the website.

10. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
