What Happens After the Complaint?

After submitting a complaint in the Online Complaints Book:

  1. You will receive proof of the complaint
  2. The complaint is automatically sent to the complained entity (Bee my Gift)
  3. The complaint is also sent to the competent supervisory bodies
  4. We have 15 business days to respond to your complaint
