What Happens After the Complaint?
After submitting a complaint in the Online Complaints Book:
- You will receive proof of the complaint
- The complaint is automatically sent to the complained entity (Bee my Gift)
- The complaint is also sent to the competent supervisory bodies
- We have 15 business days to respond to your complaint
